Firmware Update
- SCRx31CCID_fw5.22
This firmware is only for SCR331 and SCR531 USB readers manufactured and distributed by SCM Microsystems. Downloading this firmware to other readers could result in reader becoming non-functional.
This requires the USB Firmware Update tool (available in separate package) to upgrade firmware. (The firmware update tools are available for Windows platform only.)
Note: If you are using the smart card reader in a corporate environment, check with your site administrator if the software being used shall be compatible after the reader has been upgraded.
If you are using an OEM version of reader that was manufactured by SCM Microsystems, please contact the OEM for firmware updates.
